Just Follow My Steps... :D
.
1)Get google dorks and exploit from- Here!

2) Now copy and paste any google dork in google and open websites from the google, and find vulnerability like this 'http://site.com/wp-content/…/dork/lib/admin/media-upload.php' when the page reloads correctly you will see pictures and a uploader.

3) upload your shell/deface whatever you want to Upload.

4) Now go to 'http://site.com/wp-conte…/…/dork/omages/comingsoon/shell.php' 

5) Done you have the uploaded shell, now do whatever you want to
